Mrs. Nora Belle Doyle, 86, of Star Rt. 1, Groveton, died in Trinity Memorial Hospital Friday.
Mrs. Doyle was born in Birmingham, Ala., June 30, 1881.
She was a member of the Flat Prairie Methodist Church.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the First Baptist Church of Friday, with Rev. James McKinney and Rev. Franklin M. Biles officiating. Burial was in the Ellis Prairie Cemetery.

Pallbearers were William H. Doyle, Frank Bridley Doyle, Jacky W. Dominy, James W. Thompson, H. Gentry Hallmark, and R. S. Brasher.

Survivors include four sons, Pruitt and Herbert Doyle, both of Groveton, J. W. Doyle of Trinity and William Doyle of Clute; four daughters, Mrs. Ethel Ramey and Mrs. Gussie Lee Dominy, both of Groveton, Mrs. Annie Bell Brasher of Houston and Mrs. Doris Thompson of Angleton; a sister, Mrs. Gussie Burrow of Trinity; 29 grandchildren; 47 great grandchildren.
Callaway Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
