Patricia Faulkner Hamm, age 71, of Clearfork North, Morehead, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2015, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead.

She was born April 1, 1944, in Rowan County, a daughter of the late Elwood (Bill) Faulkner and Bernice Crager Faulkner.

Patty is survived by her husband, Roy Eugene Hamm, whom she married November 17, 1984; one son, Randy Jo Rice and wife Janie of Morehead; two daughters, Melissa Bernice Bailey and Justin of Wellington and Deloris Jolene Brown and husband Nick of Morehead; eight grandchildren, Cheyenne Melissa Thompson, Lakeisha Bernice Thompson, Dakota Rice, J. T. Rice, Anna Rice, Jocee McCarty, Chloe Riley, and RaeAnna Jo Skaggs.

Other survivors include one brother, Rev. Lanny Mason Faulkner of Decatur, Illinois ; one sister, Donna Baldridge of Clearfield; a special aunt, Sue Mabry of Morehead; extended family and friends.

Patty enjoyed collecting Elvis Presley items and angels. She loved family and especially enjoyed being with grandchildren. She was a member of Adams-Plank Enterprise Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 23, 2015, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Carlos Bowman and Brother Greg Bowman officiating. Burial will follow in Sardis Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Tim Thompson, Brian Bowman, Jonathan Stacy, Rocky Stacy, Tony Price, Anthony Jenkins

Visitation is 6 p.m. Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
