She was born in Plumers Landing, Ky., the daughter of the late William and Lula Jane (Porter) Bumgardner. She married Earl Eugene Brammer Oct. 23, 1937, in the parsonage of the late Lee Lyons, Church of God in Morehead, Ky. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Brammer retired from General Tire and Taylor University, Upland. She was a member of Jonesboro Eastern Star 20 and Mississinewa Eastern Star 94 for a total of 54 years. She loved quilting and going to senior citizens' meetings at Upland. She attended Calvary Baptist Church, Gas City. Survivors include a sister, Bertha Moore, Vancouver, Wash.; sisters-in-law, Eula (Bill) Harmon, Marcella Brammer and Doris Herring, all of Marion; and several nieces and nephews. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, Carolyn Jean Brammer; and siblings, Mamie Johnson, and Beckham, Carl, Howard, Clinton and Charlie Lee Bumgardner.
