Daughter of George Washington 'Jonah' and Gladys Emma (Branham) White of Rowan County, Kentucky. She married, Willard Logan on August 29, 1960.
She was a Custodian for the Board of Education at the Rowan County Senior High School. She was a member of the Rowan County Farm Bureau Association. She helped with fund raising activities for the Route 377 Volunteer Fire Department. She was a member of the Cranston Church of God and enjoyed singing. Rosa enjoyed Sewing, Baking, Gardening and spending time with her Grandchildren.
