Vickie S. McKinney, 55, of Knightstown, died March 30 at her home.
She was born Oct. 8, 1953, in New Castle, a daughter of Mitchell Porter and the late Mildred (Hamilton) Porter.
Mrs.
McKinney worked for 26 years at Smurfit Stone Container Corporation and
had been a pharmacy technician for Kroger in New Castle. She was a
member of American Legion Post 152 Auxiliary.
Survivors include
her father, Mitchell D. Porter of Knightstown; two daughters, Nichole
(husband, David) Davis of Arlington and Jaime Thurman of Greenfield; a
brother, Ray (wife, Rebecca) Porter of Anderson; two sisters, Kathleen
(husband, Cecil) Powell of Morristown and Jeanine McCullers of
Knightstown; three grandson, Jarrod, Caleb and Grant Davis, all of
Arlington; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her grandparents.
