PARIS -- Lewis Helphenstine Jr., 83, of Paris died Thursday at the St. Joseph Hospice Care Center in Lexington.

Funeral services 1 p.m., Thursday at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral in Paris. Burial in the Paris Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. - l p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
