Nedra
Mae Sumner Brammer, 83, formerly of Knightstown, died in Greenfield on
March 21, 2005. She was born on July 21, 1921, in Havensville, Kan., a
daughter of the late Russell and Cora Sumner.
Mrs. Brammer was a
retired cafeteria manager for Brookview and Grassy Creek Elementary
Schools in Warren Township, having worked there for 35 years.
Previously, she taught K-12 in Kansas for many years.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda D. Brammer Mahan of Indianapolis and a brother, Leo Sumner of Havensville, Kan.
She
was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd E. 'Johnny' Brammer; two
brothers Glenn Sumner and Dale Sumner; and a sister Annabel Schneider.
Services
for Mrs. Brammer will be held on Friday, March 25 at 11 a.m. at Flanner
& Buchanan Lawrence Funeral Center. Burial will follow at Glen Cove
Cemetery, Knightstown.
Friends may call on Thursday, March 24
from 4-8 p.a. at Flanner & Buchanan Lawrence Funeral Center, 5215 N.
Shadeland Ave., Lawrence.
