

                                                            <p>FLEMINGSBURG -- Freddy Reno McGlone, 66, of Vanceburg, died Wednesday, May 16, 2012, at University of Kentucky Medical Center.</p><p>He was born March 1, 1946, in Fleming County to the late Harvey and Sara Iza Jane Moore McGlone.</p><p>Mr. McGlone was retired from the RECC Electric Cooperative after 38 years as a mechanic.</p><p>He was preceded in death by his first wife of 40 years, Sue McGlone.</p><p>He
 is survived by his wife of five years, Clara Killen McGlone; a son, 
Freddy McGlone Jr. of Flemingsburg; two grandchildren, Shelby McGlone 
and Travis Perkins; step-daughter, Karen (Daniel) Brown of Vanceburg; 
step-grandchild, Danielle Brown; step-great-grandchildren, Patrick, 
Nathan and Jaxson Brown; siblings, Charles (Lena) McGlone of 
Flemingsburg, Julia Benton of Colfax, and Margaret McGlone of Paris; and
 several nieces and nephews</p><p>He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife; and eight brothers and sisters.</p>
 <p>Services will be at 11 a.m., Friday, May 18, 2012, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Fred Garrett officiating.</p><p>Burial will follow in Elizaville Cemetery.</p>
 <p>Visitation will be Thursday 6--9 p.m., at the funeral home.</p>
