ELVIN ACREE , 36, DIES IN FAYETTE; RITES ARE FRIDAY Cambridge City - Elvin Acree, 36, of Route 2, 1 an one half miles north of here, died Monday night at Fayette Memorial Hospital in Connersville. He had suffered a heart attack Monday afternoon at the Rex Manufacturing Co. where he was employed. Survivors include his wife , Beaulah; two daughters, Deloris and Caroline Sue; two sons, Donnie Leon and William Paul, and a step son George Eldridge all at home; his mother, Mrs. Cora Stone of Monticello, Ky.; five sisters Mrs Rhoda Reagen and Mrs Edna Graham of New Castle, Mrs. Cynthia South of Jamestown Tn.; Mrs Mary Farmer of Monticello, and Mrs. Wilma Jean Crisswell of Kokomo, three brothers, Wilson of New Castle, John of Eddyville Ky., and Jess Acree of Monticello. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. CST Friday at the South Side Church of God on North 14th Street, New Castle, by Rev. Joe Guffey. Burial will be in South Mound Cemetery, New Castle. Friends may call at Howard & Son Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today and after 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Acree residence.
