William Ford Blevins, 72, of Staffordsville, died Sunday, July 26, 1998, at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Ky. He was born August 29, 1925, in Johnson County, the son of the late Paris H. and Pearlie Jayne Blevins. He was the owner and manager of a motel. Surviving are his wife, Wilma Jean Blevins; one son, Rocky Blevins of Flat Gap; two daughters, Fordena Brocious of Sunberry, Ohio, and Patricia Sue Diviak, of Tampa, Fla.; two grand sons, William Foster Blevins and John Ruben Blevins and several great-grandchildren. Services were July 28 at the Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Harry N. Frisby officiating. Burial was in the Jayne Cemetery in Staffordsville, Johnson Co Ky.
