Georgia Jayne, 69, of Staffordsville, died Tuesday, March 31, in the Paintsville Hospital. The daughter of Harvey and Pearl Blanton Litteral, Mrs. Jayne was born in Johnson County in December 1911. She was a member of the Church of God. Her husband, Frank Jayne, preceded her in death in 1972. She is survived by 2 sons, Kenneth Jayne of Staffordsville and Gerald Jayne of Dayton, OH; 3 daughters, Carolyn Lyons of Marion, OH, Marilyn Castle of Staffordsville and Sandra Sue Sparks of Columbus, OH; 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; also a sister, Maxie Rice of Falcon. Woodrow Frisby, John Frank Ratliff and Dick VanHoose officiated at services Thursday, April 2, in the chapel of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home. Burial was in the Jayne Family Cemetery at Staffordsville. Paintsville Herald
