Mrs. Archie (Eva) Trimble, 58, mother of Mrs. Ray (Opaline) Watkins, Bellefontaine, died at 9:15 a.m. Sunday in a hospital in Sarasota, Fla. She was a former resident of Urbana and she and her husband had moved south a year ago.
She was born Feb. 26, 1910, in Paintsville, Ky., a daughter of Amos and Lydia Blanton McCain Williams. She was a member of the Freewill Baptist church in Urbana and a former employee at Mercy Memorial hospital in that city.
Other survivors are her husband and daughters, Mrs. Phillip (Anna Lee) Rutan and Mrs. William (Dorothy) Stidham, both of Urbana; two sons, Eldon Wade Trimble, Mechanicsburg, and Robert Wayne Trimble, Nashville, Tenn.; 19 grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Glenn Cooper, Sarasota, Fla., and two brothers, Ray Williams, Ashland, Ky., and Arthur Williams, Cable.
The body will be brought to the Neff-Walker funeral home in Urbana where friends may call Wednesday afternoon amd evening. Funeral services will be held at the Free Will Baptist church Thursday at 2 p.m. and burial will follow in Maple Grove cemetery, Mechanicsburg.
