Anneva Maxine Maddox, 78, of Medway, Ohio passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2013. She was born June 9, 1935 in Beechburg, Kentucky the daughter of the late John &amp; Viola (Mineer) Williams.<p> She was a bus driver for Bethel Local Schools.<p> She is survived by a daughter, Karen Maddox; one grandson, Stephen Wajdowicz; two granddaughters; Andrea (Curt) Lipscomb, Jessica (Rick) Peake; five great grandchildren, Shelby &amp; Sydney Chaney, Alyssa Wajdowicz, Stetson &amp; Brayden Peake; two brothers, James &amp; Alan Williams; three sisters, Abbie Dyer, Eleanor Dyer and Loretta Perkins; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.<p> In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, George (Bill) Maddox; a daughter, Linda Wajdowicz; granddaughter, Anita Schaffel; a brother, Elmer Williams. <p>A visitation will be 5-8 PM Thursday, July 11, 2013 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR &amp; FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Funeral services will be 12 noon Friday at the BOONE-NICKELL FUNERAL HOME, Flemingsburg, Kentucky with a visitation one hour prior at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
