Stillwater News Press (OK) - Thursday, November 8, 2007 Deceased Name: Clotilde Marie (Barker) Ham Clotilde Marie (Barker) Ham, 85, of Stillwater, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2007, in Tulsa. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the First Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Henry Siems officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Strode Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born April 4, 1922, in Tupelo, Miss., to Lloyd Barker and Mattie (Creasey) Barker. She married Billie O. Ham May 11, 1941, in Glencoe. He preceded her in death April 27, 1993. Clotilde was a loving mother and homemaker and a longtime member of the First Church of the Nazarene. She was a wonderful caregiver and a hard worker and never sought attention for herself. She also served as a faithful volunteer at Judith Karman Hospice for many years. She worked as a bookkeeper and cosmetologist and owned and operated the Portrait Beauty Salon for a number of years. Her love of crocheting resulted in many potholders being given as gifts. She loved to travel and enjoyed her latest trip to Alaska. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one brother, Glen Barker and one son-in-law, Jerry Baker. She is survived by two daughters, Quin Dola Baker of Mustang and Syble Yvonne Moore and her husband, Ian, of Cleveland; seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, one brother, Lloyd Barker of Helendale, Calif. and one sister, Carol Pruitt of Harrison, Ark.
