Stillwater - Carlene Ham, 65, retired teacher's aide, died Saturday in Tulsa. Graveside service 2 p.m. Thursday, Marena Cemetery. Palmer Marler. (Tulsa World) ------------------------- Carlene Joann Ham, 66, of Ripley, OK, passed from this life on Saturday, March 24, 2012 in Tulsa, OK. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2012 at 2:00 pm, at Marena Cemetery, west of Stillwater. Carlene was born on May 29, 1946 in Houston, TX to Carl E. Snavely and Etta Marie Greenwood. She was a graduate of Stillwater High School. Carlene worked in the education field as a teacher's aide. Carlene had a great love for all animals and will be remembered for having a very funny sense of humor. She was a talented painter and artist, a devoted sister, mother, and grandmother, and will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. Carlene is survived by a daughter, Lisa Reirdon, of Irving, TX; a son, James Colton Ham, of Irving, TX; two grandsons, Jacob Rierdon, of Irving, TX, and Garrett Christian, of Stillwater, OK; two brothers, William Snavely, of Edmond, OK, John Snavely, of Stillwater, OK; three sisters, Linda Snavely, of Ripley, OK, Susan Snavely Trujillo, of Ripley, OK, and Debbie Ferguson, of Pawnee, OK; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She is preceded of death by her parents, her husband, James Ham, and a nephew.
