Robert Nelson "Bobby" Hyatt, Jr., age 59, of Big Brushy Road, Morehead, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2016, at his residence. Born June 4, 1956, in Morehead, he was the son of the late Robert Hyatt, Sr., and Ruby Lewman Anderson. Bobby is survived by his wife, Sandra Harvey Hyatt; one son, Nick (Chrissy) Hyatt and one daughter, Kellina Pugh, all of Morehead; one grandson, Mason Todd Hyatt; two brothers, Mike (Denise) Hyatt, of Wasilla, Alaska and Keith (Shirley) Hyatt, of Columbus, Ohio; and three sisters, Pam (Greg) McGehee, Judy (Larry) Early, both of Lexington; and Caryn (Lowell) Thompson, of Morehead. Other survivors include five nieces, Amy Demboski of Eagle River, Alaska, Alexandria Early, Macy Early, and Samantha McGehee, all of Lexington and Brandis Meade of Morehead; two nephews, Joshua Hyatt of Richmond, Virginia, and Tanner Thompson of Morehead; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Bobby retired from Sealmaster after 35 years of service. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling, sky diving, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, January 29, 2016, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Rev. Cecil Ison officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Nick Hyatt, Mason Hyatt, Mike Hyatt, Tanner Thompson, Vaughn Fraley, Jerry Strunk, Chuck Ferguson, and Greg McGehee. Visitation is after 5 p.m. Thursday, January 28, 2016, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
