Mr. Plummer Fultz, age 85, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, went home to be with the Lord Friday evening, November 7, 2014, at the Life Care Center in Morehead, Kentucky.

He was born November 6, 1929, in Carter County, Kentucky, a son of the late Sam and Charity Thompson Fultz.

Plummer was of the Church of God faith and a dedicated member of the Flat Fork Church of God where he served as a deacon for many years. Plummer enjoyed being outdoors, farming, and spending time with his family and friends, but most of all he loved attending church services and being with his church family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Ailene Parker Fultz; three brothers, Franklin Fultz, John Paul Fultz and Sam Fultz Jr.; and one sister, Justine Reeves.

Plummer is survived by one brother and a sister in-law, Ray and Flora Jean Fultz of Olive Hill, Kentucky, and one sister, Bertha Mae Lambert of Olive Hill, Kentucky. He also leaves many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends who will sadly miss him.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 11, 2014, at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, Kentucky, with Brother Steve Madden and Brother Delmar Logan Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Fultz Cemetery on Greasy Creek in Olive Hill, Kentucky.

Friends may visit from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, November 10, 2014, and until the service hour on Tuesday at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Highway 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky 41164.

Ronald Logan, David Lykins, Ernie Gilliam, Joe Stafford, Preston Hall, and Greg Kiser will serve as pallbearers.
