Eric James Littleton, age 31, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Sunday, April 16, 2017, at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. Born October 29, 1985, in Lexington, he is the son of Willie James 'Buddy' Littleton (and wife Mary Ann) of Frenchburg and the late Carla Johnson Littleton. Eric is also survived by three sons, Eric 'Rooster' Littleton, Ethan Littleton, and Christopher Paul Littleton, all of Mt. Sterling, and their mother, Megan Greene; one sister, Samantha Denise Littleton of Frenchburg; and paternal grandmother, Vernie 'Nanny' Salyer of Morehead. Eric was a former Burger King employee and was known as a hard worker and good friend with a really big heart. He loved his children and other family members and will be lovingly remembered for his generous spirit and caring nature. Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Bro. Harley Sexton, Jr., and Bro. Jessie Rogers officiating. Burial will be in Adams-Plank Cemetery. Pallbearers: Jason, Christopher, Leonard, and Joe Littleton, Nicholas France and Jeremy Blair. Honorary pallbearers: Eric's sons, Fred Littleton and Frank Mauk. Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
