OBITUARY Rawlings—Mrs. Harry Rawlings, nee Carrie Helphingstine, was born Oct. 21, 1890, near Sabetha, Kans., died Aug. 12, 1929, at the age of 39 years, 9 months, 21 days. She was married to Harry Rawlings, of Hamlin, Kans., Oct. 12, 1917. To this union were born four children, Albert Paul, age 11; Clarabell, age 9; Billy, age 7; Harvey Dale, age 6, all living. Besides her children, husband, she leaves to mourn her passing her mother, of Sabetha, Kans.; four sisters, Mrs. Rachel Swartz, Mrs. Amy Baskett, of Sabetha; Mrs. Marguerite Cashman, of Kansas City, Mo.; Mrs. Hester Grimm, of Seneca, Kans.; four brothers, Cyrus, of Highland, Kans.; John, of Seneca, Kans.; Oliver, of Sabetha, Kans.; Harvey, of Kansas City, Mo.; her aged grandfather, W. H. Miller, of Sabetha, Kans. Mrs. Rawlings was a patient sufferer thru illness for the past six years. She was a devoted wife-mother, a friendly neighbor. Several years ago she united with the Baptist church, of Hamlin, Kans., in as far as she found possible, was faithful to its services.
