Mr. Jerry Lee Hamm, age 73 of Mayfield, Ky passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2015 at 9:40 PM at the Heritage Manor Healthcare Facility in Mayfield.

He was a retired New York Police Officer, and he was a U.S. Marine Veteran of the Vietnam.

Mr. Hamm is survived by his daughter- Debra Defeno of Hickory, Ky; one son- Charles Hamm of Oviedo, Fl; two sisters- Shirley Williams and Pamela Hamm both of Tx; five grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents- Oscar & Lelia Fite Hamm; and two brothers.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date, there will be no visitation.

The Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky is in charge of the arrangements.
