Marjorie Ellen Doyle Fryman, age 85, of Cynthiana, Kentucky, died Friday, December 2, 2016, at Harrison Memorial Hospital, in Cynthiana. She was born March 20, 1931, in Harrison County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Orville David and Annie Alice Pope Doyle. Mrs. Fryman was a homemaker and a member of the Indian Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Andy C. Fryman; two brothers, David Doyle and Donnie Doyle; a sister, Eunice Doyle Moyer; and a sister-in-law, Doris Doyle. Survivors include: one son, Dale Allen (Karen) Fryman, of Cynthiana; two daughters, Linda Darlene Reeves, of Versailles, and Kathy Placier, of Georgetown; two brothers, A.J. (Wanda) Doyle, of Harrison County, and Charles (Shelby) Doyle, of Nicholas County; one sister, Phyllis (Bobby) Brady, of Nicholas County; one sister-in-law, Melba Doyle, of Cynthiana; five grandchildren, Brian Joseph Courtney, Annie Laura Branstetter, Elizabeth Lee Ann Fryman, Micah Danielle Fryman and Kory Ellen Placier; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 6, at the Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service in Battle Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
