Denny R. Critchlow, 62, of Anderson died December 24, 2013 at his residence after an extended illness.

He was born November 5, 1951 in Anderson, IN to Norman Edgar "Ed" and Verna Gertrude (Beckett) Critchlow.

He was a car salesman at Weidner Chevrolet in Anderson for 27 years and Stoops Automotive in Muncie for the last 4 years. He received numerous Automotive Sales Awards.

He was a member of Elks # 209. He was an avid golfer.

He loved spending time at Lake Webster and spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Lana J. (Richardson) Critchlow of Anderson whom he married July 18, 1981 in Anderson; his daughter, Kara Critchlow (fiancé Chad Spence) and his son Kevin Spaugh all of Anderson; four grandchildren: Peyton Spaugh; Landen Critchlow; Vera Kelleher-Critchlow and Braxton Spence; brother-in-law:: Terry (Dana) Richardson of Muncie; sister-in-law: Julie (Michael) Kelleher of North Carolina; several nieces; nephews; special cousins; special friends and customers.

He was preceded in death by his father in 1964 and his mother in 2008.
