FLEMINGSBURG | Thelma 'Pickle'ť Fearin Marshall, 85, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, March 2, 2013, at her residence.

She was born Jan. 28, 1928, in Pleasureville, and was the daughter of the late Clarence and Etta Doyle Fearin.

She was married to Robert Marshall for 65 years and was a member of Beechburg Christian Holiness Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Glenda (Barry) Flack, Philip (Renee) Marshall, Chuck (Nancy) Marshall, Theresa Marshall, all of Beechburg, Carla (Chris) Sims of Oviedo, Fla., and Sheila Marshall of Flemingsburg; grandchildren, Robbie Prater, Kelly Prater, Carrie Marshall Hunt, Alisha Marshall Arrasmith, Lindsay Marshall Phillips, Darin Payne, Tracy Payne, Sarah Marshall, Robert Tyler Marshall, Olivia Sims and Leah Beth Sims; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Geneva (James) Glanton of Shelbyville, Ind., Bonnie (Ronnie) Hickerson of Nicholasville, Wanda (Ervin) Gardner of Beechburg; a brother, Clarence “June” (Nancy) Fearin of New Whiteland, Ind.; sisters-in-law, Catherine Marshall Dunaway of Wallingford, and Pauline Marshall of Flemingsburg; and a brother-in-law, Joe Boling of Maysville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Martha Marshall Jones; brothers, D.M. Fearin and R.T. Fearin; and sisters, Mary Fearin Gardner, Delores Fearin Parker and Lorene Stanfield.

Services will be 1 p.m., Thursday, March 7, 2013, at the Beechburg Christian Holiness Church officiated by Pastor Lonnie Eden and Pastor Jerry Blevins.

Burial will follow in the Mount Carmel Cemetery.

The visitation will be 5-8 p.m. today, March 6, 2013, at the Denton-Workman Funeral Home and 7-9 a.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
