MAYSVILLE -- Betty G. Hamm, 82, of Maysville, died Thursday, April 21, 2011 at the Ohio Valley Manor and Rehabilitation Center, Ripley, Ohio.

She was born March 16, 1929, to the late Adrian F. and Armilda Robinson Ginn in Ribolt.

Betty taught school at the Minerva School and later worked in the admissions office of Hayswood Hospital. For many years she was active in the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary as well as the Eagles Ladies Auxiliary. Betty enjoyed attending the Maysville Senior Citizens gatherings weekly and for many years was active in the Retired Senior Volunteer Program in Mason County.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Cletis L. Hamm; two sisters, Daisy Penrod and Louise Hunt; and a brother, Clyde 'Joe' Ginn.

She is survived by her two daughters, Connie Krasucki of Ripley, Ohio, and Debra Arthur-Wilkinson and her husband, Clay of Ketchihan, Ala.; four grandchildren, Patrick Joseph Krasucki of Georgetown, Ohio, Shelbi Jo Krasucki and her fiance, Scott Beach of Ripley, Heather Reynolds and her husband, Jeremy of Juneau, Alaska, and Rebecca Arthur of Ketchikan, Alaska.; two great- grandsons, Dylan Patrick Krasucki of Georgetown, Ohio and Marshall Jo Beach of Ripley; two step-daughters, Mary Botkins and Dora Pollitt, both of Maysville; a brother-in-law, Doug Hunt of Aberdeen, Ohio; sister-in-law, Wanda Ginn of Aberdeen; and one brother, Elden Ginn and his wife, Betty of Aberdeen.

Services for Betty G. Hamm will be 1 p.m., Monday, April 25, 2011, at Brell and Son Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Robinson officiating.

Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Flemingsburg.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service on Monday, at the funeral home.
