Born September 24, 1928, in Fleming County, she was a daughter of the late Ivard and Lillian Dunaway Goodwin, and was the wife of Lee Williams.
She was retired from Wald Manufacturing Company in Maysville.
Services were conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 17, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home in Flemingsburg. Burial was in Fleming County Cemetery.
