Laneer Ham (96), of Tulsa died July 26, 2018. Laneer was born on January 27, 1922 in Stillwater, Oklahoma, the oldest of three sons born to Jesse and Charlena Ham. He graduated from Stillwater High School in 1939. He attended Oklahoma State University before joining the Air Force during World War II. He was a B-24 lead bombardier in the 8th Air Force stationed in Bungay, England. He flew 2 missions on D-Day, June 6, 1944, the day the Americans invaded France. * He is survived by his daughter & son-in-law; two grand-daughters and husbands; Great-Grandson; two brothers and numerous nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Charlena Ham; his wife, Jean & his son, Richard. The family would like to thank the staff of Montereau Chateau and St Francis Hospice for their excellent care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Asbury United Methodist Church, 6767 S. Mingo, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Graveside services will be held in Minco, Oklahoma.
