Mrs. Agatha Mae Jones, 71, of Flemingsburg, died Monday, May 21, 2007, at Georgetown, Ohio at the nursing home where she was a patient.

She was born in Hillsboro, Oct. 18, 1935 to the late Robert and Maggie Fite Hamm. She was the widow of Charles A. Jones.

She is survived by two daughters, Vickie (Tommy) Prince of May’s Lick, and Debbie Jefferson of Ewing; two sons, Bobby (Carol) Jones of May’s Lick, and Charlie (Brenda) Jones of Bellvue, Neb.; one brother, James Willard Hamm of Ewing; and three sisters, Verna Lee Johnson of Morehead, Betty Jo Hickerson of Flemingsburg and Ellen Ruth Muse of Lexington; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and sisters.

Services were Thursday at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home in Flemingsburg. Dr. Christopher Beckham and Rev. Ray Snider officiated. Burial was in the Wallingford Cemetery.
