CLYDE E. HAMM, age 85, Berry, formerly of Soldier, KY, died Wednesday, November 30, 2005, at the V.A. Medical Center in Lexington. Born in Carter County, September 22, 1920, to the late Elza and Pearl Stanley Hamm, he was a retired truck driver and a World War II Army veteran. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Claude Hamm, Elmer Hamm, Charlie Hamm and Ernest Hamm and two sisters, Charlotte Hamm and Louella Tackett.

He is survived by a brother, Ralph Hamm, Lexington; a sister, Ocie Towles, Lexington; a brother-in-law, Dallas Tackett, Berry and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Ware Funeral Home by Rev. Preston O. Jones. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Friday. Graveside services will be 3:00 P.M. Saturday at Eagle Hall Cemetery in Soldier, Kentucky
