Cora Marie Hamm Hawley

Cora Marie Hamm Hawley, 91, of Maysville, died Monday at Columbia Hospital in Maysville. She was a homemaker. Her husband, Harry Davis Hawley, died in 1970. Survivors include sons, Harry Hawley Jr. of Manchester, Ohio, Douglas M. 'General' Hawley of Huber Heights, Ohio, and Pierce 'Buddy' Hawley of Rock Fish, N.C.; daughters, Grace Gardner Benson of Lexington, Jewell L. Jefferson of Maysville and Audrey B. Wilson of Aberdeen, Ohio; sisters, Hazel Simms and Cecil Housh, both of Carlisle, Stella Case of Ripley, Ohio, Margaret Fossitt and Beulah Linville, both of Independence; 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Brell and Son Funeral Home, Maysville. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Maysville Mason County Cemetery.
