FLEMINGSBURG -- Donald Irvin Hamm, 77, of Wallingford Road, Flemingsburg, died Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2005.

Mr. Hamm was born on Sept. 23, 1928, the son of the late Irvin Hamm and Nora Hamm. He was a farmer and landowner.

Mr. Hamm is survived by his wife, Mary Jones Hamm; a stepdaughter, Kimberly (Mark) Lowe of Mount Sterling; a sister-in-law, Betty Hamm of Flemingsburg; one niece, Linda (Kenny) Gooding; one nephew, Mike (Verdina) Hamm; two great nieces, Amber Gooding and Carrie Hamm; and three great-nephews, Jonathon Gooding, Chris and Chad Hamm. He was precede in death by one brother Carroll Thomas Hamm.

Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Denton-Workman Funeral Home with Bros. Steve Hickerson, Tom Redmon Jr. and Dave Benshoff officiating. Burial will be in Elizaville Cemetery in Elizaville.

Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Donations may be made to Cancer Care Club, PO Box Ewing or Bernie Archdeacon Cancer Club or Hospice of Hope, Maysville.
