Mrs. Planck

Mrs. Frances Louise (Hamm) Planck, 86, of Flemingsburg, died Tuesday, March 27, 2007, in Flemingsburg.

Mrs. Planck was born Jan. 9, 1921, in Bath County, a daughter of the late Ben Hamm and Mary Oda Hamm. She was a former production worker at F.C. Shoe Factory for 18 years.

Mrs. Planck was the widow of the late Paul Walker Planck.

She is survived by five sons, Phillip (Gene) Planck, David (Mary Ann) Planck, James (Brenda) Planck, Walter (Janet) Planck and Gary (Tiffany) Planck, all of Fleming County; one daughter, Brenda (Jackie) Harmon; two brothers, Benny Hamm of Ohio and James R. Hamm of Georgia; two sisters, Alice King of Indiana and Elizabeth Peyton of Kentucky; 20 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, Walter Planck; and one daughter, Paulette Pence.

Services were Friday, March 30, 2007, at the Denton-Workman Funeral Home in Flemingsburg. Bros. Billy Harmon and James Hickerson officiated.

Burial followed in the Concord Cemetery at Concord.
