Galen E. Hamm, 62, of Camden, died Saturday, Nov. 10, at his home. Born June 29, 1939, in Gratis, he was the son of Pearl and Mildred (Witters) Hamm. He graduated from Gratis High School, and was owner of Hamm Lumber & Pallets in Gratis. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Cinda Hamm; three daughters, Kelly (Kevin) Bowman of Germantown, Connie (Darryl) Woods of Middletown and Kathy (Jim) Roell of Farmersville; three grandchildren; a brother, Gary Hamm of Germantown; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Leah Gabbard. Funeral services were Tuesday, Nov. 13, with the Rev. Robert French officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery, Gratis.
