HERMAN HAMM , 76, of Pittsfield, died at 4:45 a.m. Tuesday (Jan. 10, 1982) in Illini Community Hospital in Pittsfield, following an extended illness. He was born Oct. 17, 1905, in Pine Grove, Ky., a son of Charles Wilgus and Lula Bell Blanton Hamm. Mr. Hamm operated a dry cleaners in Kentucky for 50 years. He was preceded in death by two sisters, four brothers and a granddaughter. Private funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Lummis Funeral Home in Pittsfield, by Brother John Yarbor. Burial will be in Pittsfield West Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Illini Community Hospital.
