She was the daughter of the late Garcia and Otie Faye Mineer Hamm, and the wife of 58 years of Dan Bickley.
She had worked for 13 years at Hayswood Hospital and for one year at Meadowview Regional Medical Center. She had also worked as a private duty nurse. She was a member of Maysville Church of Christ and the Senior Friends, and was a longtime donor to the American Red Cross Bloodmobile.
Services were conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, at Maysville Church of Christ. Pastor Wayne Kaser officiated with burial in Hillcrest Garden of Memories in Mason County. Arrangements were under the direction of Knox and Brothers Funeral Home in Maysville.
