L. EDGAR HAMM, 90, DIES OF PNEUMONIA
<p>
L. Edgar Hamm, 90, native of Rowan county, died at 11 pm Monday at his
home at Wallingford following a brief illness of pneumonia.
</p><p>
He was born on February 19, 1872, a son of the late George W. and Eliza
Hamm. In his younger years he had taught school and later had engaged in
farming. He was a member of the Wallingford Methodist church.
</p><p>
Surviving are one brother, Bert Hamm, who resided with the deceased,
five nieces and five nephews.
</p><p>
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:30 am at the Wallingford
Methodist church by the Rev. Amos Harmon and the Rev. H. T. Hill. Burial
will be in the church cemetery.
</p><p>
The remains are at the Moxley Funeral home in Flemingsburg where friends
may call until the hour of rites.
