ZACK HAMM DIES AT GODDARD HOME

Zach Orville Hamm, 69, farmer of the Goddard neighborhood, died suddenly Friday night of a heart seizure suffered in his home on the Goddard-Wallingford road.

Though he had been suffering from a heart ailment recently, his condition gave no warning of the impending attack.

One of Fleming County's well known farmers, the deceased had returned to this section three years ago after a 27 year residence in Cincinnati.

Mr. Hamm was born in Fleming County July 18, 1878.

Surviving, in addition to his widow, Mrs. Myrtle Staggs Hamm, are one brother, Alan Hamm, of Covington, and two sisters, Mrs. Hattie Staggs and Mrs. Sara James of Flemingsburg.

Funeral services were held from the Wallingford Methodist church with the pastor, Rev. Amos Harmon, officiating. Interment in the Wallingford cemetery.
