		<b>John W. Helphenstine</b>
	<p>Final rites were conducted Monday from Wallingford Methodist church for John W. Helphenstine, 82, who died Friday at Veterans hospital, Anderson, Ind.
<p>Rev. Amos Harmon and Rev. H. D. Hill officiated. Burial was in Wallingford cemetery.
<p>Mr. Helphenstine, a native of Fleming county, was a son of the late George H. and Charlotte Hughes Helphenstine.
<p>He was a retired Fleming county farmer and a veteran of the Spanish American War. He moved to Anderson in October.
<p>Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Scott, of Anderson, Ind., two brothers, Rawleigh Helphenstine, Flemingsburg and Lewis Helphenstine, of Paris; four sisters, Mrs. 
Amanda Walton and Mrs. Victoria Helphenstine, Flemingsburg, Mrs. Mary McIntosh, Maysville and Mrs. Ella Carpenter of Ripley, O.
