ELIZAVILLE | William Robert Helphinstine, 72, of Metcalf Mill Road, Ewing, passed this life March 2, 2012, at his residence.

William was born in Ewing, Dec, 18, 1939, to the late William E. 'Bud' Helphinstine and Clara Mae Marshall Helphinstine.

William served in the U.S. Air Force and was a truck driver for Consolidated Freight and Borden.

William is survived by his son, William Christopher Helphinstine; a daughter, Robin Moore and husband, Mark; and step-son, Jeff Long; and his very loving dog, Andy.

Services are 1 p.m., today at Price Brothers Funeral Home in Elizaville with Rev. Gaylord Gillespie officiating.

Burial will follow in Elizaville Cemetery.

Visitation was Sunday 6-8 p.m., at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Hospice of Hope in Maysville.
