Mildred "Millie" Johnson Glick, age 73, of Defiance, Ohio, formerly of Morehead, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at the Laurels of Defiance. Born April 7, 1944, in Rowan County, she was the daughter of the late Burley and Zella Kegley Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters. Millie came to the Defiance, Ohio, area in 1972. She was employed by the General Motors Corporation and retired in 1999. Millie raised three daughters: Angela Black (Vickie Eacret), Defiance, Ohio; Brenda (William) Woodruff, Delta, Ohio; Andrea Black (Daniel Barrera), Defiance, Ohio. She had seven grandchildren and one great grandchild: Ashely, Lyndzy, Symantha, Alex, William, Natasha, Alyssia, and Zylee. She is survived by two brothers: Donald (Ina) Johnson, Tutor Key, Kentucky, and Dalas (Marlene) Johnson, Defiance, Ohio; and two sisters: Carroll (Ron) Shroyer, Mesa, Arizona, and Shirley (Robert) Hughes, West Liberty, Ohio. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, painting, reading, crossword puzzles and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Visitation will be 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday, January 13, 2018, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals with services immediately following. The Rev. Mark Caldwell will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead, Kentucky.
