Mrs. Laura Greeno Dies In Columbia

Mrs. Laura Greeno passed away last Thursday night at 9 o'clock at the Ellis Fischel Hospital in Columbia after a lingering illness. She was born in Lexington, Kentucky, the daughter of the late William and Mary Kanatzar who moved to this community when she was a small child. Her husband George W. Greeno preceded her in death.

Mrs. Greeno is survived by two sons, Robert of the home and Raymond of Atlanta, Mo. and one step son William Greeno of Utah; one granddaughter [Judith Ann], five step grandchildren, four sisters, Mrs. Elmber [Alice] Palmer and Mrs, Sam [Girtie] Barnes, both of Sturgeon; Mrs. Ed [Emma Dell] Myers and Mrs. R. W. [Stella]Greeno, both of Mexico; and two brothers George and Bill [Willie] Kanatzar of Sturgeon, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday afternoon at the Baptist Church by Rev. Ben. S. Morris.

Burial was at Mt. Horeb Cemetery, Sturgeon, Mo.
