Mr. Muse

Thomas Lee Muse, age 79, of Ewing passed away Saturday at Fleming County Hospital.

Mr. Muse was a retired farmer and the widower of Mary Johnson Muse.

He was born in Fleming County, July 20, 1927. His parents were the late Clyde and Alta Morrison Muse.

Mr. Muse is survived by five daughters, Pam (David) Hunt of Flemingsburg, Alta (Wayne) Pollitt, Louise (Jason) Moreland and Debbie (Tony) Sapp, all of Ewing, and Nancy (Gilbert) Caldwell of Morehead; one son, Jerry Muse of Morehead; one sister, Bert Hunt of Maysville; one brother, Orville Muse of Ewing; 21 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Muse was preceded in death by two sons, Thomas Lee Muse and Robert Glenn Muse; and a great-granddaughter, Samantha Caldwell. He was also preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Ed Muse, Archie Muse, Harold “Blue” Muse, Espie Muse, Artince Plummer, Allie Hardin, Sudie McKee, Clyde Thomas Muse and Tommy Bradley Muse.

Services will be 1 p.m., Wednesday at the Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Rev. DeWayne Sowell officiating. Burial will follow in the Goddard Cemetery.
