Gladys Ham

Gladys Alene Ham, 89, of Bourbon, Mo., formerly of St. Clair, Mo., died Monday, Aug. 27, 2007, at Redwood Manor in Bourbon.

She was born March 30, 1918, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Silas Pearl and Ora Olive McLaughlin Neal. She and Charles Edward Logan Ham were married Nov. 5, 1935, in Ware, Ill.

Survivors include her children, Sharleen Winters and husband Lester of Overland, Mo., Nancy Graves and husband Gerald of Lonedell, Mo., Kathleen Keathley and husband David of Wentzville, Mo., Michael L. Ham and wife Susan of Charlotte, N.C., Victoria Moore and husband Jay of McAlester, Okla., Lauren Dell and husband Douglas of St. Clair, Kristin Ham of Cape Girardeau, Elizabeth Gerling and husband Chris of St. Clair, Charles Ham II and wife Theresa of McAlester, Amanda Stelljes and husband Will of Perryville, Mo., Thomas Ham and wife Kathy of state of Kentucky; a sister, Alice Irelan and husband James of Moscow Mills, Mo.; a brother, Harry Neal of Jefferson City, Mo.; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; many nephews, nieces and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

A memorial service was held Aug. 29 at Redwood Manor. Interment was private.

The family was served by Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair.
