      MAYSVILLE - Mrs. Mayme Inez Hamm, 75, of Vine Street, Maysville, 
died at 1:05 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2002, at Meadowview Regional Medical 
Center.
      <p></p> 
      Mrs. Hamm was born in Washington on Sept. 25, 1927, to the late Orville and Hilda Jones Phillips.
      <p></p> 
      Surviving are her husband of 57 years, Alvin Hamm; three sons, 
Phillip Hamm of Harlan, Victor Hamm of Aberdeen, Ohio, and Mike Hamm of 
Maysville; two daughters, Gwynne Clayton of Maysville and Penny Jo Hamm 
of West Palm Beach, Fla.; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. 
Also surviving are one brother, Zane Phillips of Falmouth, and two 
sisters, Donna Sue Richardson of Covington and Peggy Landerth of 
Maysville. She was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Lynne Hamm, 
and by one brother, Erskine Phillips.
      <p></p> 
      Funeral services for Mayme Inez Hamm will be held at Knox and 
Brothers Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, 2002, with Rev. David 
Warner and Rev. James Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Maysville 
Cemetery.
      <p></p> 
      Mrs. Hamm's grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
      <p></p> 
      Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the hour of the service Friday at the funeral home.
