as surety, are jointly and severally bound to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum
of One Hundred Dollars.
THE CONDITION OF THIS BOND IS AS FOLLOWS:
That, whereas Marriage is intended to be solemnized between the above bound Aquilla C.
DOYLE and Ann E. CALLAHAN
Now, if there is no lawful cause to obstruct said Marriage, this Bond shall be void,
otherwise it shall remain in full force and effect. Dated at Flemingsburg, Fleming
Co., this 17th day of February 1873

Harper) Aquilla C. Doyle is the son of John Doyle and Martha J. "Patsey" Cord
Ann E. Carpenter first husband was Miles HURST Jr. (son of John Hurst and Lucinda
Sutton), second husband was Edward Callahan. Anne E. Carpenter is the daughter of
Richard R. Carpenter and Drusilla Burress.
