May the 27th 1835I, Margaret Swim of the County of Fleming and Commonwealth of Kentucky do hereby make my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to sayFirst I five unto my son Asahel M. SWIM one half of my Plantation being on Triplett Creek Beginning at the mouth of the Clear for and Runing up to Alexander Moore's line on the south side of said creek to him and his heirs forever.Secondly I give unto my yongist son Robert SWIM the other half of said Plantation Lying on the North side of said creek beginning at the mouth of the clear fork and runing with main triplet to where it makes a bend there to contiue on a strait line so as to include the sugar camp on said plantation to him and his heirs forever.Thirdly I give unto my daughter Sarah HENDERSON one dollar.Fourthly I give unto my son Trumbo SWIM one dollar.Fifthly I give unto my sons John, Michael and Taylor SWIM one dollar each and also my daughter Barbary HAM one dollar any my son Alexander SWIM one dollar.And Lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Trumbo SWIM my executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills or testaments made heretofore in witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and affirmed my seal this 27th day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eighteenhundred and thirty five.Signed sealed and declared as and for the last will and testament of the above named Margaret SWIM in presence ofJeffrey BartlettMathew MorrisonMaryan McRobertsProved in court held for Fleming County 23 May 1836(Recorded in Book E, page 440 May 25, 1836)
