<p>Surviving are a brother, Jim (Betty), Fort Recovery; and a sister, Rhoda Derringer, Ridgeville, IN.

<p>Deceased are six brothers Arvil, Arie, Clellan, Elmer, Austin and Leo; and three sisters, Flora Pendtelton, Addie Phenis and Alberta Geigeik.

<p>He was a truck driver with North Carolina Highway Department and had served in the European Theater with the Army Air Corp during World War II.
