Helen Hamilton Doyle, 87, Castle Boulevard, widow of W.O. Doyle Jr., died Saturday, February 5, 2011 at Bourbon Community Hospital. She was born June 20, 1923 in Nicholas County, daughter of the late Herbert and Ottie Waugh Hamilton.

She is survived by a daughter, Janice Doyle Long, Paris; two grandchildren, Lee Ann (Richard) Moyers, Paris, Larry Wesley (Kelly) Long, Nicholasville; two great grandchildren, Kelsee Elizabeth Thornton, Wesley Owen Long; three step great grandchildren, Hannah (Jake) Hughes, Brian Moyers, Brilee Moyers; a sister, Louise Earlywine, Longmont, CO; brothers-in-law, J.C. Davis, Billy (Jenny) Doyle; sisters-in-law, Alma Boardman, Bobbie (Sam) Reynolds, Phyllis Doyle (Jim) Wedding; special family friend, Doris Jean Oliver; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by a sister, Alma Davis; and a son-in-law, Larry Long.

Funeral services at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Doug Piatt with burial in the Paris Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Sam Cooke Reynolds, Johnny Doyle, Billy Doyle, Jimmy McKinney, Ed Lester, Glen Ferrell, and Danny McKinney. Honorary bearers will be James House, Bob Wilkerson, Bob Marcum, Frank Tolles Sr., Jim Harp, Wayne Stocker, Donnie Crump, John Bates, and Mitchell Cooper. Memorials are suggested to Bedford Acres Christian Church or one's favorite charity.
